Description
Overview: What is said and how it is said, matters! Participants will learn and deploy several strategies to enhance communications, use active listening skills and memory development. Methodologies presented will include sequential, interactive, analytical and tactical. Participants will learn the theory behind these methods and practice several drills to achieve communication self-efficacy.
- Learn what is meant by “Understanding the Audience” and how to adapt communications for the thinkers, doers, feelers and intuitor(s).
- Utilize appropriate communication methods to enhance participant’s self-efficacy.
