Description
Overview: Understanding the components and benefits of Emotional Intelligence [EQ] will help participants as professionals and influence relationships at work. EQ assists each participant in stepping out of their comfort zone. Participants will learn to use this skill set when working with clients, leading meetings, aspiring towards a promotion, gaining a stronger self-efficacy, or fulfilling dreams of the impossible. An agile mindset can help one adapt in challenging situations. Participants will practice and master techniques of EQ, as they learn how to trust their gut making uncomfortable zones — comfortable!
Upon completion of the course, participants will:
