Overview: The Everything DiSC Productive Conflict Profile helps participants improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. In this 22-page assessment report, participants explore the destructive and productive conflict behaviors of each DiSC® style, learn how to manage their responses to conflict situations, and gain personalized communication strategies when engaging in productive conflict with colleagues.
Upon completion of the course, participants will:
- Gain an understanding of how your personality can be perceived and managed during conflict.
- Use techniques to listen and understand a message versus reacting to another’s emotions.
- Create win/win strategies for individuals and teams through diversity and inclusion.
