Overview: Leaders combine the best of 360-degree feedback with the simplicity and power of DiSC, plus three strategies to put into place immediately. To elevate leader effectiveness, participants incorporate critical feedback from direct reports, peers, and bosses to enhance their professional development plan. The 22-page assessment report presents data with visuals and conversational narratives for ease of interpretation and action. In addition, a 363 supplement, a coaching report is provided on each leader.
Upon completion of the course, participants will:
- Gain a better understanding of their leadership style
- Learn eight (8) effective approaches of leadership
- Discover strengths and gain feedback as determined by your raters
- Integrate results into a new or existing professional development plan
