Overview: Briefings are designed to present selected information to organizational leaders, personal and other audiences in a clear, concise and expedient manner. There are four (4) basic types: [a] information brief, [b] decision brief, [c] staff brief, and [d] strategy brief. Each type of brief is distinct in that it is designed to accomplish a specific purpose.
